Why do I need a Care Plan if my website is already completed?
A website is not a one-time setup. Regular updates, backups, and security monitoring are necessary to prevent hacking, downtime, and performance issues. Without maintenance, your website can become vulnerable over time.
What happens if I don’t maintain my website?
Outdated plugins and systems are the main cause of website hacks and crashes. If something breaks, emergency repair costs are usually much higher than a monthly Care Plan subscription.
Is hosting included in the Care Plan?
Yes. All plans include managed hosting, SSL certificate, and server-level monitoring to ensure your website stays online and secure.
What counts as a “content update”?

Content updates include:

  • Text edits
  • Replacing images
  • Updating banners
  • Changing contact details
  • Adding blog posts (content provided by client)

Major redesigns or new feature development are quoted separately.

What if I need more updates than my plan includes?
No problem. Additional updates can be requested at a discounted hourly rate for Care Plan clients.
Do you support websites that you didn’t build?
Yes. However, we will conduct a technical review first to ensure the website meets stability and security standards before onboarding into a Care Plan.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
Yes. All Care Plans require a minimum commitment of 6 months to ensure proper setup, monitoring, and optimization. After the initial period, plans continue on a monthly basis and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
How fast is your support response time?

Support requests are typically responded to within 24–48 working hours.
Pro Care clients receive priority handling.

What if my website gets hacked?

If you are on an active Care Plan, we will handle malware cleanup and restoration from backup as part of the service.
