A Total Update goes beyond just clicking “update” on a plugin. Do my "Work Hours" roll over to the next month?
For the Monthly Plan, work hours are allocated per month to ensure we can reserve dedicated time for your project. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. However, for Yearly Plan subscribers, you have a larger pool of hours to use flexibly throughout the year for bigger projects or campaigns.
What counts as a "Content Update"?

Content updates typically include:

  • Monthly: We run Weekly Auto-Backups and software checks.
  • Yearly: We perform Daily Backups and “Immediate Patching”—meaning if a major security vulnerability is discovered globally, we fix it on your site within 24 hours.
Can I upgrade or change my "Contract Duration"?

Yes! You can upgrade from the On-Demand to a Monthly plan at any time. If you decide to commit to a Yearly Plan, we will apply a pro-rated discount. Monthly plans are billed on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in, while Yearly plans offer the best value for long-term growth.
